# Let's Try This Again

I go through cycles where I get motivated to write a bunch of articles about interesting things I'm doing.  I write a few.  I get caught up with other things.  I forget to write the rest.  Before long, the blog is stagnant again.

Will this time be different?  Probably not.  Am I going to start a new cycle anyway?  Yes!

Anyway, there are a few things bouncing around in my head that I want to capture and share with others that generally fall into these categories...

- Building apps with [Next.js](https://nextjs.org/)
- React and its ecosystem (Next.js, Remix, etc.)
- Smart Stuff, Home Assistant, and Node Red

This cycle will be done with [Hashnode](https://hashnode.com/@ervwalter/joinme) because I'm at a point where I don't want to spend time maintaining a blog platform.  I've done that in the past.  This time I'm going to let someone else manage it.
